Support of older versions

Platform updates are immediate for all users, and as such older versions are not accessible upon release of a new version. In exceptional cases, individual features may still be accessed using legacy URLs or endpoints. Such versions are supported for 6 months after a new major or minor version is released. After this period, we recommend updating to the latest version to ensure continued support and access to new features.
