# Notifications

> Notify your team when something happens to a selection of your vehicles, by web, app and email.

The **Notifications** section is shared between the OEM Suite and the other organization types, such as distributors, dealers, service partners, rentals and fleet operators. As OEM organizations see the same section, please refer to the [Notifications documentation for organizations](/handbook/professional/notifications) for the full description of triggers, vehicle selection, recipients, channels and settings.

In short, you define a named rule once for a selection of your vehicles, choose up to 25 team members and decide per person whether they are notified by web, app or email. Every notification is always kept in the recipient's notification history.

> Notification rules of your organization are separate from the personal notification rules that every user can set up for a single vehicle. See [Notifications and alerts](/handbook/private/notifications) for those.
